As of 1.12.5 the hatch locking feature does not seem to work properly. The hatches are stuck in "locked" state according to part menu, and unless all 3 ModuleAnimateGeneric nodes...

I got this while simply walking around in the open, or what at least should have been open (area got slightly changed by one of the OAAB mods).
