`range_limit` causes Segmentation fault

Whenever I try to use `range_limit` function for LargeLists I get segmentation fault error. I am using ubuntu 14.04 and aerospike==2.0.0 .

I couldn't run make build without this dependency because of this error : pyuic4: command not found Please add it to the README file.
