有些常用的希望悬浮， 还有在空白或者没有选择内容时，也希望快速调用工具， 如果是悬浮模式 目前只有在选择内容后才能弹出

优化建议：在是用鼠标从右往左选择文本内容时，悬浮工具栏回遮盖选择的内容
