Diamond error

Hello. As mentioned in issue [#146](https://github.com/bbuchfink/diamond/issues/146) of DIAMOND, this is most probably caused because you are running out of memory. Kind regards

Error in the step of training the model

Based on the [documentation](https://rdrr.io/bioc/FlowSOM/man/AggregateFlowFrames.html) there is no parameter channels. This might be giving you the error

Which version of FastANI are you using? Version 1.33 has no problem (also has no minFrag option)

I'm not sure if this could be the fix, but try to edit the MODELS_PATH variable from the /etc/localai.env file to a directory with write access.
