Hi @blythed, is this still available to pick up? If so, would you be looking for something along the lines of this example for [Transfer Learning](https://docs.superduperdb.com/docs/use_cases/classical_tasks/transfer_learning) but only using `sklearn`?

@NimaBoscarino @davidberenstein1957 I have been refining these rules that are based on [Scopus queries](https://www.sdgmapping.auckland.ac.nz/) put together by the University of Auckland. There may be some odd "AND NOT" rules left...
