I like this idea. There could be a "--full" flag that would also display the timestamp. I could add it if there is enough interest

The CLI gets its fiat exchange rates from https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/policy_and_exchange_rates/euro_reference_exchange_rates/html/index.en.html. I'm not sure about the rest, but they have certainly removed RUB when Russia invaded Ukraine, so it is not possible...
