Chinese translation aka zh_Hans doesn't work

Installed from flathub, the OS is fedora silverblue 35, everything of junction is in english. [Bottles](https://github.com/bottlesdevs/Bottles/issues/574) has the same issue, I'm not sure the reason is same.

I think font-downloader can split into three pages/tabs like gnome-software for different usage: - **discover/explore page:** explore and install fonts - **installed/manage page:** list and uninstall/manage the fonts installed -...

The install button should not be able to click after the font installed

希望能直接以 flatpak 格式发布在 flathub 平台上，不用再发布 deb 等传统包（毕竟各大发行版都有自己的打包员……），所有发行版都可以安装和自动更新，同时可以解决 #419 这种问题，谢谢。
