Enable users to organize annotations into lists that they can share with other users

An annotation list has a text starting point, text ending point, creating User, and the annotations. It should be able to be shared via a URL.

Add works tags to search modal as a dropdown faceted search

Allow users to upload media that will be associated with textNodes

Users' media uploads will be associated with textNodes via the button on the bottom right. The media will not become publicly visible until approved by a community moderator.
