Difference in weeks looks to be working like duration in weeks instead of counting boundaries. Difference in months is working as expected. This can be replicated using the vscode plugin....

In the latest release (6.2.2) from docker and from this repository, the hapi.fhir.cql_enabled flag doesn't seem to be working. Trying with v6.1.0 works fine, but updating to :latest (v6.2.2) doesn't....

$apply isn't using the condition in the PlanDefinition

Expanding from #270, when I try with a Patient that should not get the ImmunizationRecommendation, the output is identical, so the condition returning false doesn't seem to have an impact....

Resources like Location and Organization have a partOf field that is a Reference to the same type of resource. I don't see how to pass that information in the genChainedParamQuery...
