WMS GetCapabilities does not include styles if layer uses CONNECTIONTYPE WFS

Hi, I am using MapServer 7.4.1. If a layer uses `CONNECTIONTYPE WFS` there are no styles in the response. If I use `CONNECTIONTYPE OGR` the styles are in the response....
