Fix issue #4 by replacing hexo-renderer-jade with hexo-renderer-pug.

The [Jade renderer for Hexo](https://github.com/hexojs/hexo-renderer-jade) has been deprecated and replaced by the [Pug renderer for Hexo](https://github.com/hexojs/hexo-renderer-pug). This shouls be reflected in the documentation.
