Chapter 12, references from 90 or so are shifted 1 position

I just noticed that the Kindle version, the paper version and this repo all share the same mistake - a choice will need to be made to keep the references...

Possible race condition in onSucess in IMqttActionListener for connection status

I'm also facing this. When connectComplete() is called by Paho on my callback, I try to resubscribe to all topics, and I get the error "o.e.paho.client.mqttv3.MqttException: Client is not connected"....
