Using Pod fields as values for environment variables

I'm guessing this could also be accomplished using a webhook and a MutatingWebhookConfiguration. I'm currently experimenting with that approach.

Using deprecated API methods

A bunch of the Angular libraries also seem to be deprecated. I could not get this app to install using the instructions here https://docs.openvidu.io/en/stable/demos/openvidu-classroom/
