Let me just start by thanking you for this theme! I just realised there's not many of them, and this one is by far my favourite, both dark variants! Gives...

The title basically. I was confused with that, when the actually config is read from streamlink dir. Plus that would be normal for a 'portable' version. Anyhow just saying.

Wheel action when mouse button down (ie mbtn_right+wheel_up add volume +5)

I tried a bit as I saw there's KEYDOWN flags but my knowledge is pretty limited and I think I'm wasting too much time for what might be a two-liner...
