Did you ever figure this out? I'm getting the same error.
I am seeing this happen too, specifically with instagram. What I discovered was that the initial dispatch of the url in Embed::process() `$response = $dispatcher->dispatch($url);` returns an error code (429)...
I'm seeing this too. it happens on the demo http://oscarotero.com/embed/demo even when providing a valid access token in the url

The PR in #756 will work for any entity that enabled as an og group
