Matrix content gets overwritten on import

I seem to have the same issue: Matrix content gets overwritten for all sites/languages. Other fields work fine. Craft 3.1.30, Feed Me 4.1.0.

@janhenckens Hijacking this thread to add some findings. The above custom `deleteBy` filter only works for string values. The `distinctID` is a numeric value if we're using the standard element...

Using just a hash returns 'Link is not a valid URL.'

My 2 cents: if the URL `/some-path` is considered valid, then `#some-hash` should be valid too.
