Batch callback that fires only when all children complete successfully

The docs state that `on_batch_complete` fires when "all children have successfully completed or died (all retries exhausted)." It would be helpful to have a callback like `on_batch_success` that only fires...

Stop referencing removed Rack::VERSION

`Rack::VERSION` was [removed](https://github.com/rack/rack/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md#310---2024-06-11) in Rack version 3.1.0. This PR changes all references to `Rack::VERSION` to `Rack.release`.
