your folder structure should be : /app/[lang]/layout.js then you will have access to your locale from param.lang
no . you should try [the localization starter]( https://github.com/payloadcms/payload/tree/main/examples/localization)
I updated to dify 0.10.1 and this bug has not been fixed yet !
