Inline PAC scrpit not working

The inline PAC box is grayed out. I have to host my PAC script somewhere. Am I missing something? Or is his a proxy-switcher problem? 

I would like to let my users choose only from a restricted set of tags. Fire an event or callback on tagging something that is out of the set.

App crashes with a 360* touch fingerprint reader.
