Chess.validate_fen() validates illegal positions.

I agree that checking each requirement would be too long. But I would think that checking that each side has exactly one king, and that the king not in turn...

Seems that I'd installed it already. But thank's anyway, as I finally solved the problem by modifying the conan configuration file, and setting `sysrequires_mode` to `disabled`.
