I made a raid0 of 3 old ssd, in linux (kernel 5.4) 'pv * >/dev/null' is ~780Mb/s and in windows copy to NUL gives ~350Mb/s while disks load in taskmanager...

Need rundll32.exe command to set/remove RO flag

As "rundll32.exe shellbtrfs.dll,SendSubvol/RecvSubvol" works with RO volumes only and user works with RW ones And it should not offer to "send subvolume" on RW subvolume's context menu.
