Is there any posibility to get static ip?

i've been trying to set an static IP, but it dont work properly, i think is reasonable to have a docker with vnc in a different ip than your locahost,...

i have dockercompose with multiple ros services each one has its own ip on the net, it is possible to set a static ip to this docker ?
