My use case for SPICE is that it has USB redirection that actually works for the devices that I want to redirect. As opposed to RDP-based redirection.

Further testing shows that problem appears only if both Privacy Possum and Privacy Badger are enabled. Disabling either one of them solves the problem.
I remember I used to encounter this, but don't anymore. This might be because my system timezone (not app-specific home timezone) is UTC.

I had this issue; I don't remember ever resetting the trust. I didn't even have to unpair, calling "idevicepair pair" worked.
While F-Droid says it is incompatible, installing the APK downloaded from F-Droid manually seems to work. Alternatively, in F-Droid settings, enable "App compatibility / include incompatible versions"
