版本：安卓armv8 v0.8.44 机型：redmi k70，安卓14，hyperos 1.0.17.0 BUG描述： geo资源如果下载失败或下载的文件损坏，软件不会报错，而是能正常运行。 例如mmdb文件损坏或加载失败，所有geoip规则失效但是软件依旧能正常运行，建议增加下载后校验完整性或类似报错中止启动功能。同理，若geo资源的下载链接404或其他错误，点更新后也不会报错，而是显示之前下载过的文件大小等信息且不能用。 其他琐碎的建议（若需要分别开单独的issue请告诉我）： 内置ASN数据源已经两个月没维护了，建议切换到https://github.com/P3TERX/GeoLite.mmdb 日志建议增加一个一键清除按钮 一键更新订阅增加每订阅间隔延迟 增加导入导出配置到webdav时加密功能（目前明文） APP访问控制可以不显示无网络权限的app，并按uid归类（如果内部规则是基于uid的话，抱歉我不懂代码） 增加本地编辑/patch订阅的功能
