表现在如果短期内调用可能就会将你屏蔽，例如 npm install 会大量请求 npmjs，此时你选的节点就会将你屏蔽掉，只能手动切换节点 体验极差
建议任何开发都不要用这家的vpn，docker npm 等工具都会被限速
