Separetor for urls in Windows

URLs are always divided by front slash ( / ). Command os.sep gives wrong separator on Windows.

Added mute functionality to module

When running on chromium video won't autoplay when is not muted. To patch this mute option is added.

Added direct transcode for RAW audio

When using transcode with an intermediate format some quality was lost. Now all transcoding is done from format to format without the need for an intermediate format.
