Workaround for: **Igmpproxy is not starting if upstream interface is a pppoe interface [#28](https://github.com/pali/igmpproxy/issues/28)**

 I'm using PostgreSQL 14.7 and script says that is not supported. Joomla Documentation says that PostgreSQL 11+ is supported.
