Add more instruments

I've noticed while playing [this MIDI](https://bitmidi.com/passport-mid), the music seems a bit off. Timidity doesn't have enough instruments to play Passport correctly.

Fixes the issue of .swf file downloads appearing with the file extension of .mov

If someone is able to reverse engineer [this format](http://fileformats.archiveteam.org/wiki/EPOC/Symbian_executable), then this should be added to deark. I have a Symbian application that I would like to look deeper into.
