When I generate statistics from a `.tfrecord` file with `generate_statistics_from_tfrecord`, its histograms contain weird float values as the `sample_count`s of the buckets. For example, in one bucket which is supposed...

Make other formats of images (jpg, rgb-png, ..etc) available as the background image.

Now `zn_scene_setup_background` only accepts PNG images with RGBA format. It would be better if we could use other widely-used formats.

`verify_tp_plan` function raises an error if a key without '.' is given
