I can't find the UPIOT plugin from the package control!

**Update:** I was able to install using `git clone` method described [here](https://stackoverflow.com/a/33441224/2852816). Make sure you clone to or change the folder name to: `uPIOT MicroPython Tool`. Otherwise the menu items...
