Do you know how to freeze the graph? I am having trouble getting .ckpt file from darkflow.

When I was trying to run things from Pycharm, ImportError: No module named 'darkflow.cython_utils.cy_yolo_findboxes' happened

@milan-thom I solved this problem by I downgrading my Python to 3.5
