API errors after upgrade to 3.6.3 - why is it looking for composer.json

link to admin menu icon ( http://www.mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-assets/images/favicon.ico ) should be: https://www.mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-assets/images/favicon.ico or: //www.mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-assets/images/favicon.ico or even: /wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-assets/images/favicon.ico So it doesn't break wp-admin SSL.
