切换环境失败问题

如下图，页面已经切换到了测试环境（看着切换环境是生效的），但是nohost实际停留在正式环境（看圆点是正式环境），需要再次刷新页面才生效为测试环境，想问下以前有遇到过这种情况吗？ 切换是nohost出现页面刷新比较慢（3~5秒）的情况，不知道是否与此有关

如题： 入口规则只有一个 eventsboss.gm99.com，上传了 gm99.com证书，返回的规则列表会默认增加 *.gm99.com与gm99.com。感觉这个是不合理的，有可能我对b.gm99.com并不想代理到nohost，这样子导致又需要到入口规则增加--*.gm99.com与--gm99.com。传一个证书要做一次增加，建议去掉这个设置。 入口配置截图：  证书上传截图：  规则截图：
