软件有文本信息，但inspect软件检查不到，这是为什么？

您好，关于地震预警时间的计算，是否考虑了盲区时间？

我觉得发布时间与地震发生时间应该存在差值，这个差值应该就是P波传播后的盲区时间，不知道大佬有没有减去掉这个时间？我看代码内，直接是按照发震地点和本地地点之间的距离计算的倒计时时间，似乎没有考虑到发布时间与地震发生时间的差值？不知道后面有没有减去这个差值？
