Sorry for opening this issue. As soon as i opened it i noticed that i had a typo in the config. It should be _amdgpu_bl1_ and not _amdgpu_b11_

I can confirm this bug in an Ubuntu container. In the Debian container it complains about missing **java21-runtime-headless** when trying to install **git-as-svn**. So it seems there are different dependencies...
