Figured out something: downgrading to Linux 6.8.1 seems to work, all Linux 6.8.2, 6.8.3, 6.8.4 and the 6.9-rc3 is affected

Someone found the issue: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=218680 and fix was merged into bluetooth-next https://github.com/bluez/bluetooth-next/commit/e6bb15dbae900b71b69fc52a9f640d699bb840b4 An acquaintance helped me find this information :)

Bluetooth fix made it into 6.9-rc4 mainline: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/diff/net/bluetooth/l2cap_core.c?id=v6.9-rc4&id2=v6.9-rc3
