VALUE_SCHEMA_ID does not work with complex structure and optional fields

The exception happens because the logical schema for `customer` has optional fields but the physical schema in SR doesn't have optional fields. I think we can fix this.

There's nothing we can do about optional fields. I'll just try to fix it for `VALUE_SCHEMA_ID` case.
