Can we use the nightly feature `once_cell`?

The dist riscv64gc became available from version [1.47.0](https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/blob/master/RELEASES.md#version-1470-2020-10-08), some tests like find_msrv will fail because `rustup` cannot download the old dist.

Use `rustyline` or `reedline` for input?
