Peek Message does not work

We fixed this by configuring the following env var to true "PULSAR_PEEK_MESSAGE". Once added, the issue was resolved.

We have uninstalled the AKS Addon, and tried to install v1.1.0 via Helm but it had the same issue. After reverting back to v1.0.0 we're able to use az login...
