Low GPU and CPU Usage while Inference / realtime detection

I have the same problems. While using pure CPU, about 15% CPU usage and low FPS.

'NoneType' object is not subscriptable

Please confirm the image(video) is readable, for example, check the relative path, file permission and video format or camera permission.
