the code is not working with new versions of Cesium (webgl2 Update in cesium)

I'm also interessted in getting the code working with webgl2 but I am completely overwhelmed with the code.

Thank you, this is very useful, i got it to work. Is there a way to define the number of intervals in reverse? For example, 1000 intervals would be sufficient...

Bing Maps will be retired and to be replaced by Azure Maps
