webgl-state-diagram use-2-programs does not work

I noticed that the example "transform feedback" of the webgl-state-diagram stops on the line **gl.beginTransformFeedback(gl.POINTS);**   

I installed video-downloader following these instructions **https://snapcraft.io/install/video-downloader/debian** It seems to me that it was very successful.  but now...how to launch it?
