Alright that will be a good workaround until it is possible to change the root file. No reason for json at all, yaml is fine. I was just curious.

I was thinking the same when I created the config file. I‘d also suggest to add the schema to [schemastore](https://github.com/SchemaStore/schemastore/tree/master) so editors automatically download it based on the `figma.config.json` filename.
