I realize that the path for polybar/launch.sh was incorrect and .i3 directory must exist so I have inserted a check to ensure it's creation.

As reported on issue https://github.com/leopepe/GOApy/issues/20#issue-1422080707 this limits the usage of the library, newer versions should be allowed after this PR
