目测是FlatList组件的bug。 在源码`RefreshListView.js`的第93行，将`onEndReachedThreshold={0.1}`改成`onEndReachedThreshold={-0.1}`可以暂时解决这个问题，但是快速用力上拉导致重复调用`onFooterRefresh()`的概率还是存在的。
