For the moment, no; the colours are hard-coded (https://github.com/pgxcentre/region-plot/blob/master/region_plot/cli.py#L174). You could always change them manually.
I usually use a virtual python environment for this. Once the virtual environment is created and activated, you can install the package like this: ```bash python setup.py install ```
