I've managed to resolve this after following https://github.com/hashicorp/terraform-provider-aws/issues/28263 and https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/userguide/cli-configure-sso.html#sso-configure-profile-manual and creating a "legacy" profile, teller started to work FYI
