发现最近连接后速度似乎受限了, 以前能跑满家里宽带的上行带宽; 现在只能有2, 3Mbps的速度; 日常远程桌面办公都有点卡; 怀疑是被运营商限速了, 但是我通过ipv6地址直连服务去下载文件, 发现速度还是能够达到上行带宽; 我云服务器带宽倒是3Mbps, 但是似乎又是直连的, 因为我看服务器监控带宽没有跑起来; ping的延迟也极低 是否是软件问题呢? 有没有朋友也这样?
