/batch can be used to send media group

[problem is here](https://github.com/vasusen-code/ethon/blob/a095873a22d8467a571790cffcf8e2a1722a8977/ethon/telefunc.py#L122) if the username, bot name, channel name ... contain "left", this bot is not going to work
