can't create hypothesis account

I'm trying to go through the signup process and the "sign up" button for getting the Hypothesis account is not clickable. Nothing happens when I click on it.

Can't see icons in Firefox

The icons (the eye, the highlighter, etc) are not visible to me on Firefox. (I was able to open the resource in Chrome to see what it was supposed to...
